However, a small effort is better than no effort, but we have a lot of work to do, on a lot of fronts…more activity, better time and money management skills, better cooking skills, more motivation to cook etc.

No matter what critic say. It is not the job of McDonald’s to fight obesity. It does not hurt however if with their financial success they can improve the health aspect of their business products.

People will complain no matter what, especially with giant they like the hate (McDonald’s, Microsoft, etc.). They have to understand we cannot change these enterprise in one day. Still, we need complainers, at least the one doing it right.

[Some people at] McDonalds might have good intention. They might also only go with the business trend, and it is trendy to promote health. Will they replace salt with something else? At least they replaced half of the fries with apples.

It does not mean McDonalds necessary had bad intention with their products in the past, even thought in the food industry we can easily doubt that some of the giant at least does not care much about their consumer health. That is a part of the reason why capitalist is not perfect even thought it can lead to good things… especially when you try to optimize too much the money in while reducing the quality out to achieve that goal.

You could already buy stuff like salad at McDonalds since long.

Why it has to be so complicated sometime.

Well that is nice, as long as they don’t remove my happy meal “free” toy!

’nuff said.
