Food for Thought

February 5, 2014

McGill University has been offering the popular “Food for Thought” class since 1982, designed to provoke some thought, separate fact from fiction and of course, digest everything there is to know about food.

And now, 15,000 students later, everybody can take this course, for free, on the web. It’s McGill’s very-first MOOC (massive open online course).
