Ingredients

1 cup lactose-free yogurt 260 g
3 cups blueberries 380 g
1/2 cup sugar 110 g
12 wooden coffee sticks

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful for this recipe.

Method

  1. Put the blueberries in a blender or food processor. Add the greek yogurt and sugar. Purée until smooth.
  2. Fill 12 moulds with the yogurt mixture, then insert the coffee sticks. Chill in the freezer at least 5 h before serving.
